Below you will find the Cookie Policy of the Website www.fmcamps.com (hereinafter, the “Platform”), which, together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, form a contract between FMCAMPS S.A.C., with RUC No. 20608949225 (hereinafter, “FMCAMPS”) and the client and/or user (hereinafter, the “User”).

1. What are cookies and why do we use them?

Cookies are text files or local storage media that applications or websites you visit place on your computer. Cookies are used to help us improve your experience when using our Platform.

The information we collect from cookies is used to:

  • Help our Platform remember your preferences.
  • Help improve the information search functionality.
  • Help monitor the performance of our Platform.

The Platform does not use cookies to personally identify you during anonymous browsing. When the User accesses with an authenticated account, session cookies maintain the session identity. 2. Acceptance of cookie usage

By browsing our Platform, you are accepting the use of cookies under the conditions set out in this Cookie Policy, in accordance with Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS. This policy may be updated, so we invite you to review it regularly.

3. Cookie management

The most popular browsers have configuration options and security features that allow you to prevent the installation of cookies and/or other browsing data collection systems on your device. 4. Types of cookies we use

The Platform uses the following cookies:

First-party cookies:

  • Session cookies: These are cookies designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website, as well as to track activities on the Platform and browsing data. Your experience on the Platform will be adapted according to the algorithms and data collected.
  • Technical and functional cookies: These are strictly necessary to browse www.fmcamps.com and use its different options or services.

Third-party cookies:

  • Analytics cookies: These are used to analyze User browsing habits, with the aim of optimizing the functionalities and technical and operational maintenance of the Platform and ensuring the best possible service.

Finally, we note that if a User blocks cookies in their browser, they will still be able to browse the Platform, but some services may not be available, resulting in a limited browsing experience.

5. Browser local storage

In addition to the cookies described in the previous section, the Platform uses other standard browser technologies to improve the User experience, especially in environments with limited connectivity:

  • Operational catalogs (IndexedDB): The Platform locally stores site configuration catalogs (lists of locations, equipment, work types, among others) to enable offline functionality. These catalogs may include basic references to operational personnel (names, positions) linked to work assignments. No sensitive data (national ID, photographs, health data) is stored locally. Data is automatically updated when it changes on the server.
  • Interface preferences (localStorage): Technical User interface settings are stored (selected filters, panel states) to maintain a consistent experience between sessions. No third-party personal data is stored in localStorage.
  • Offline resources (Service Worker): The Platform stores static resources (styles, scripts, interface images) that allow basic use in areas without network coverage. No personal data or User business data is stored through this mechanism.

This data is deleted when clearing site data in browser settings or when uninstalling the application. Clearing local storage may require a re-synchronization of catalogs on the next connection.
